Quality Policy

We will strive to continually improve the overall performance of Abtech Precision Limited while complying with legal requirements.  We will work towards satisfying the expectations and needs of our customers and build upon our good relationships with them.  We consider it of the utmost importance that our customers regard us as both professional and reliable.

In order to achieve our aims we will implement and operate a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and achieve formal certification to this international standard by operating a quality management system that is described in our quality manual and associated documentation and meets the needs of our company. 

We will provide training for members of staff to enhance and develop their skill levels in line with the needs of the business.

We will continue to work with suppliers with whom we have a good and trustworthy relationship and we will only seek further suppliers that can provide good products and a reliable service.

The company is committed to complying with these requirements and to continually improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.  This policy is communicated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the organisation and reviewed for continuing suitability.

Management and staff are fully committed to this policy and plan and adherence to this policy involves all the company’s activities, services and effects

A fundamental consideration of the quality management system will be the establishment and achievement of annual objectives and targets.

Our quality objectives are to:

  1. Continually improve our overall performance
  2. Improve internal processes
  3. Maintain and build upon good customer relationships
  4. Ensure all non conformities remain within minimum set levels
  5. Ensure all monitoring and measuring devices are calibrated and verified to timescale
  6. Reduce the number of returned goods
  7. Identify where improvements can be made
  8. Keep office filing up to date on a daily basis


These objectives are reviewed regularly at management review and are publicly available.
